About the film and discussion: Ernie & Joe: Crisis Cops chronicles two San Antonio Police Department officers who lead the way in diverting people away from jail and into mental health treatment, one 911 call at a time.
Many Arizona communities have been changing the way our own first responders provide support to individuals in a mental health crisis. Each panel discussion will highlight this important work in its local community and throughout the state and future opportunities.

All registrants will receive access to screen the full Ernie & Joe: Crisis Cops film. During each regional screening, we will see a condensed version of the film and then be joined by Ernie Stevens and Joe Smarro from the film as well as panelists from the first responder, behavioral health, and lived-experience communities.
