"Academic Partnerships and Evidence Based Practice Implementation"

Come join the Arizona Public Health Association and the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association as we learn from academic research partners how public health and healthcare can engage on research projects and develop the basis for evidence based practices. We will also see how one company has implemented and encouraged the use of evidence based practices within their programs.

Finally, we will hear from state health department and association colleagues on how they have used evidence in making the case for practice expansion of midwives and registered dietitians. This will be an exciting opportunity to learn more about how your office, no matter the size or scope, can engage in research to help develop the evidence base, as well as help you develop the process for implementing already known best practices into your organization.
