Carmona, 17th US Surgeon General, about his decision to join the Board of Directors for electronic cigarette manufacturer NJOY, Inc. In the NJOY press release announcing his decision Dr. Carmona states, “If we can find a viable alternative that gave us harm reduction as people are withdrawing from nicotine, I'm happy to engage in that science and see if we can do that."
